About

Coming July 2026!

Reciprocity Equine Bodywork specializes in bodywork for lesson horses and multi-horse establishments, as well as privately owned horses. We use a variety of modalities, including Structural Integration, massage, and stretching to support your horse’s wellbeing and performance whether that’s showing up as a hardworking school master, in competition, or enjoying their retirement.

Lauren, Reciprocity’s founder and bodyworker, draws from their multi-disciplinary background as an educator, academic, movement enthusiast, and fellow horse person in the hunter-jumper discipline to provide cooperative, consent-based care to our equine relations. Lauren believes that our approach to interacting with horses via these models of care is just as important as the bodywork itself, creating synchronicity between the mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing of each horse she works with.
